At Mälarenergi in Västerås, innovation isn’t new—it’s part of their DNA. The energy and infrastructure provider, with 700+ employees, has a long history of adopting new technologies. In 1992, they were the first in Sweden to offer district cooling.
Now, they’ve taken another leap forward—this time in predictive maintenance. In 2023, Mälarenergi teamed up with MLT and Viking Analytics to modernize their machine health monitoring.
