Jonas Lindvall joined pureSignal on May 1st, and we are thrilled to have him on board. He brings tremendous value to both our team and our customers. As our new Customer Success Engineer, Jonas will serve as a dedicated point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive the support and guidance they need to succeed.
 

Welcome to pureSignal, Jonas! How does it feel to be here?
 

Thanks, a lot! It’s great to be back! What hit me immediately when I stepped into the office on my first day is the massive expansion. After being away from the group for two years, the workforce has almost doubled. It is fun to get to know many new colleagues. At the same time, the old familiar feeling is still stuck in the walls, a feeling that I think is important and very enjoyable.

 

You have worked at MLT, among other places, what are you bringing with you from MLT to pureSignal?

​

First of all, it is the mentality that has always existed at MLT – To work close to customer and the flexibility. All to be able to help when many others would back down. Even though pureSignal are a product company, I hope to be able to continue in the same spirit. To assist distributors, and end customers, with the support needed for perfect systems functionality.
 

​What are you most looking forward to in your role as Customer Success Engineer?

​

So nice with the new, in-house developed products. Previously I was project manager at MLT. In a lot of projects, we integrated different technologies to make customized systems for specific purposes.
 

The idea of working with innovative technologies, together with customer contact and support, really appeals to me!

 

We at pureSignal are incredibly happy that Jonas is here with us and are sure that it will be the success that the title says!
